At ADALIS Industrial Solutions, as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility policy, we have formed a team that will participate in the TrailwalkerThe Oxfam Intermon: a collaborative sporting challenge for charity organized by Oxfam Intermon. This year, in addition, the proceeds will go to a project aligned with one of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals of the UN's Agenda 2030) that we are working on as a company: SDG 6, Clean Water and Sanitation.
Trailwalker is a team challenge that consists of walking 100 km in a maximum of 32 hours. The groups will be formed by four walkers, who must start and finish together, and by two people who will assist as support. The route goes from Olot to Sant Feliu de Guíxols along the Girona Greenway. Along the way there will be eight checkpoints where participants can drink, eat and rest.
Each team commits to collect a minimum of 1,500 euros donation. To achieve this, the EPI FoC TRAIL TEAMcomposed of six people from our organization, plans to organize initiatives among family, friends and co-workers to involve them in this initiative via email and social networks.
With the proceeds of a single group (1,500 €) we can bring water to more than 30 families. All we can be part of the team and make a lot of people who really need it earn much more than a career.
HowHow are donations made?
The most advisable and simple way to make donations is through the web site Oxfam Intermón. To access the list, search for your team in this link and, at the bottom, click on the "donate to your team" button. The amount donated will be immediately added to the set thermometer.
Another way to donate is through a bank transfer to account number listed later in this article. Once the payment has been made, you must send the receipt to us at infotrailwalker@oxfamintermon.orgindicating your personal data: name, surname and NIE. It will also be necessary to indicate on the voucher: "TWGirona" + NAME OF THE TEAM you want to donate to. We will upload the amount to the team's scoreboard manually (it may take a few days):
