Last April 24 marked a milestone in our history: after 72 years, we ceased to be Epidor Technical Distribution to become Adalis Industrial SolutionsA significant event that marks a turning point, not only for the company, but also for the EPI Industries Family of Companies group.

Our commitment continues, but now under a new name, an identity that reflects what we are today and what we aspire to continue to be in the future.
The name change represents a turning point that consolidates the roadmap started some time ago under the name of Epidor Technical Distribution. The official presentation of the name to the Epidor Technical Distribution team took place on April 24, 2025, a day that will go down in the history of our company.
A day full of surprises, activities and team building where the team was able to discover the new name: Adalis Industrial Solutions, learn about its meaning, vision and mission under a clear premise: although the name may change, our values, people and quality of service remain stronger than ever. During the event there were prizes and a dinner where the traditional food of each of our delegations in Spain and Portugal was represented.
