At ADALIS Industrial Solutions we are once again sponsoring the KH-7 Epsilon Team truck, baptized this year as the "truck of dreams".
In this new edition of the Dakar Rally, which takes place in Saudi Arabia, ADALIS Industrial Solutions is once again sponsoring the team made up of Jordi Juvanteny, José Luis Criado and Xavier Domènech, renowned rally drivers who were the protagonists of an article we published some time ago entitled Passion and teamwork.
Between the three of them, they have 60 editions of the Dakar: 28 for Jordi; 30 for José Luis, the most veteran Spaniard in this competition; and 2 for Xavi, the "rookie".
After 11 years on the South American continent, the most demanding rally in the world has moved to the Middle East. Thus, in this new edition they have found landscapes and terrains with sand, tracks, dunes and stones that recall its mythical African stage.
The "dream truck" in action.
The KH-7 Epsilon Team, known to date as the "Guardian Angels" of the Dakar, will once again be present in this edition of the rally. The truck that earned its nickname because of the large number of participants they usually rescue each year during the competition without prejudice to their sporting aspirations, incorporates a novelty: in this Dakar 2020, the vehicle will be the protagonist of the campaign "The truck of dreams". Two organizations that work with people with intellectual disabilities, Fundació Privada del Vallès Oriental and the Saudi Disabled Children's Association, will collaborate in this initiative.

The action aims to promote the important work carried out by the Catalan institution. Its work aims to improve the quality of life of people with mental disabilities by helping to enhance both their personal well-being and that of their families. During the months of October and November, the users of the Fundació Privada Vallès Oriental (FPVO) decorated miniature wooden trucks with dreams and messages of hope.
All these handicrafts traveled to Saudi Arabia loaded in the box of the tri-axle MAN and, upon arrival in Riyadh during the rest day, were handed over to representatives of the Disabled Children's Association at the camp itself.

After a day full of excitement and emotions in which the solidarity challenge of this edition of the Dakar has been achieved, the KH-7 Epsilon Team returns to the race. In this stage they will face the final stretch in 19th position overall, trying to add kilometers and stages that will allow them to maintain the current leadership of the categories of the Dakar. Production and of 6×6.
Beyond any competitive success, the "dream truck" has already won its most important race with this new collaborative action. Thus, the truck's footprint in the competition continues to grow and make history.
