On September 18, at the corporate facilities of our group, we held a meeting at the EPI INDUSTRIES family of companiesThe event, entitled "EPIfoc: the challenge of the SDGs as a business opportunity, too", was attended by 37 companies and organizations.
StartupsIn addition, small, medium and large companies, represented by 55 senior executives, participated intensely in all the activities organized.
The day's program began with presentations by Antoni and Mireia Cammany briefly explaining the group. EPI INDUSTRIES family of companies and the incorporation of the "Agenda 2030" and the SDGs in their business strategy, followed by 6 presentations of 6 business opportunities aligned with one or more SDGs of the "Agenda 2030".

The turn of the large companies came next in a round table moderated by the Secretary General of PimecAntoni Cañete, with the presence of senior executives from the following companies Fluidra, Freudenberg y Grifols who debated whether the incorporation of the SDGs into their Corporate Social Responsibility policies could be considered a business opportunity or a responsibility and image management.
Passionate debate that was continued in the subsequent networkingThe event allowed all attendees to interact, ask questions, comment and explore possible new business relationships, as a result of the experiences shared throughout the day.
